The Dress Program

The Princess Shop’s dress program lends donated dresses and accessories to female graduates in need, to enhance their graduation experience.  A young woman interested in the program can receive an application form and The Princess Shop’s contact information from her high school student services or The Princess Shop’s website.  Then, she will be contacted for a personal fitting with representatives of The Princess Shop. The organization hopes to find the perfect dress for every young woman who requires services.  Princess Graduates have the opportunity to be lent a graduation dress, accessories, shoes, etc. donated by members of our community.

The Fairy Godmother Program

The Fairy Godmother Program is the newest initiative of The Princess Shop. The purpose of the program is to allow Princess Graduates the opportunity to build a relationship with a role model. These role models, known as Fairy Godmothers, will be women volunteers from the community who wish to make a difference in the lives of young women.

This program is currently in a pilot phase for 2010. To read more about The Fairy Godmother Program, please click here.

The Scholarship Program

The inability to afford a memorable graduation experience goes hand-in-hand with the inability to afford post-secondary education. The young women who participate in The Princess Shop program will experience an exceptional graduation day to transition into the next chapter of their lives, but for some of these girls, there is no guarantee that the next chapter will be any better than the last. This is where the rest of our community comes in. With your help, we can provide educational and living scholarships to assist some of these young women in this important transition, decreasing debt and increasing their quality of life. Participants in The Princess Shop program will have access to application forms, as set by a sponsoring company.
