Executive Director
Ainsley Robertson moved from Lloydminster to Saskatoon in August 2005 to pursue her B.Comm. degree, and never expected to fall in love with our City of Bridges so quickly and so deeply. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree with the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan in 2009. One of Ainsley’s favourite things about Saskatoon is the incredible support of our community – and The Princess Shop is a perfect example of this support and encouragement.
Ainsley works for Junior Achievement of Saskatchewan as the Director of High School Programs for Northern Saskatchewan. In her role, she enjoys the opportunity to work closely with local high schools, youth, and members of our business community with a passion for our community’s youth. There are many links between her work with JA and her work with The Princess Shop, and she is fortunate and honored to work for such a great organization, which is also very supportive of The Princess Shop. Ainsley will also act as Program Development Advisor on the SIFE Saskatchewan Advisory Board, effective September 2010.
The development of The Princess Shop has been a beautiful growing and learning experience for Ainsley and an opportunity to give back to her Saskatoon and Saskatchewan community.
Fairy Godmother Program Director
Rayne Robertson is originally from Edmonton, and moved to Saskatoon in 2007 to attend the Edwards School of Business. Rayne is currently entering her fourth year of study and is majoring in Human Resources. She hopes to continue her non profit work upon completion of her BComm degree.
Lloydminster Satellite Office Coordinator
Jen Boyer and her fiance Ryan reside in Lloydminster, Alberta with their brand new baby boy. Jen was born and raised in the northern community of Meadow Lake, Sk. She moved to Edmonton in 2003 and acheived certification in cosmetology, body piercing and other hair styling based courses. After attaining certification she moved to Saskatoon to persue employment. In 2006 she moved to Lloydminster to persue employment in the oil and gas industry and has been in Lloydminster since. Jen wanted to get involved in non profit work, but wanted to find something that was of a high interest to her. What better than to utilize Jen’s education based on fashion and beauty, but with the magic of knowing it goes far beyond outside image.

Bobbi Taylor met Chantal and Ainsley approximately two years ago when she was working as Program Director for Junior Achievement of Saskatchewan. They had both volunteered with a variety of programs, and their energy and easy rapport with the students they worked with was to Bobbi, evidence of great things to come. She was not surprised when she learned that they had met and begun the creation of The Princess Shop, and she was honored when they approached her to join the Board of Directors.
Bobbi recently resigned from her position at Junior Achievement in order to devote herself to her two passions; her four-year-old son John, and her art practice. In Bobbi’s past life she was a potter full-time, and not coincidentally, the pots have been on hold for the past four years. She is currently starting to get her studio back in working order, and is very excited to re-connect with the vibrant craft community in our province. Bobbi also feels very blessed for the gift of time with her little boy.
Sara Wheelwright. After a successful career in Pharmaceutical sales/management in the UK Sara moved over to Canada in 2006 ‘for a better life’. In June 2006, she started work for Rawlco Radio in Saskatoon as an Advertising consultant for Rock 102fm. She loves her career and has come to love Saskatoon as her home!
The last few years have seen her family grow rather rapidly; she has 1 son Dylan, who is now 5 years old and identical twin daughters Eden & Esme who are just 21 months old. She has been a single Mum since May 2008, and has certainly learnt the definition of being busy!
Although Sara is British, she was born in Indonesia in 1974, and has lived in India, Bahrain and Sweden. She has a passion for travelling and experiencing new / different cultures, and has been lucky enough to be able to indulge that passion… with many adventures over the years.
Sara feels she is now of the age/experience level that allows her to really start ‘giving back’ and she enjoys nothing more than contributing to something worthwhile that she truly believes in.
