Our Team
Desiree Chartier
Executive Director
Desiree Chartier, a proud Métis woman and mother from Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Métis, is stepping into this leadership role with deep connection and passion. As a past participant who personally benefited from the Dress Program, Fairy Godmother Program (mentorship), and Next Chapter Program (scholarships and skill development workshops), Desiree brings a unique perspective and firsthand understanding of the life-changing impact these initiatives have on young women and 2SLGBTQ+ youth in Saskatchewan.

Her journey from participant to leader is a powerful testament to the importance of opportunity, mentorship, and support, which are values she now champions in her new role.
